Where is the property located?

We are located on top of Arabella hill in Tanah Rata. It is only 1.3km away from the town of Tanah Rata, approximately 3-5 minutes drive 

What type of property is it?

It is a 2.5 storey bungalow. There are 4 suites in the bungalow with 2 to 3 rooms in each suite 

How many people does it sleep?

 Maximum occupancy is 26 pax 

Is there a minimum nights stay?

Yes, minimum of 2 nights stay

Do you offer discounts?

Our price is fixed price. However, you may grab the special offer from us – Stay 2 nights get the 3rd night FREE! Valid from 1st July through September 8th, 2025. Applicable only for direct bookings with us.

What is your payment policy?

Full payment must be made to secure booking via online transfer to our account. You may also make booking via Airbnb (airbnb.com/h/cameronbungalow) at the rate published at Airbnb. Please note, the special offer of Stay 2 Nights Get 1 Night FREE is not applicable booking via Airbnb

Is there any security deposit?

Yes, we will collect RM500 as a refundable security deposit upon check-in. 

What is your cancellation policy?
  1. All cancellation request must be made via Whatsapp at +6011-6112-4649
  2. A penalty equal to 20% of your total booking rates will be charged for all requests made in more than 14 days prior to check-in date (additional charges for international transfer)
  3. A penalty equal to 50% of your total booking rates will be charged for all requests made in less than 14 days prior to check-in date
  4. No refund for cancellation request made in less than 14 days prior to check-in date
What is your change of date policy?
  1. All change of date requests must be made via Whatsapp +6011-6112-4649

What is your limitation of liability?
  1. Holiday Bungalow Cameron Highlands do not accept any liability for failure to provide the service contracted or any of them due to circumstances beyond our control
  2. Holiday Bungalow Cameron Highlands is not in a position to guarantee Guest’s safety against events including but not limited to accidents, personal injury, death, acts or defaults caused by third parties, acts of God, flood, theft or even acts of negligence. All activities have inherent risks to health and safety and Holiday Bungalow Cameron Highlands will not be responsible for any eventualities related to any activities or services booked through this website
  3. All vehicles are parked at owners’ risk. Holiday Bungalow Cameron Highlands will not be responsible for theft or damage of the vehicle or any of its contents
  4. Holiday Bungalow Cameron Highlands will not be responsible for loss or damage of property left in Guest’s room and/or the Holiday Bungalow Cameron Highlands property during Guest’s stay. Guests are advised to obtain insurance to cover curtailment, and loss of luggage, personal effects, damages, personal injuries and money/valuable belongings
Is pet allowed in the property?

Strictly no pet, pork, durian and mangosteen in the property

Is party allowed in the property?

No party or events

Quiet time between 11:00 pm – 8:00 am

Since our bungalow is located at residential area, we appreciate you to respect the neighbours by parking your cars only at our bungalow area and not to make any nuisance during your stay with us.

What is the earliest check-in time?

Check-in time is at 3pm, check-out time is latest by 12 noon

Where do I check-in? Is there a reception counter?

There is no reception area in Holiday Bungalow Cameron Highlands. We practice a lay back approach for check-in procedure. When you arrive, just mention your name used for booking and make your security deposit (refundable) payment of RM500 to us. Then, we will do a short house tour for you to familiarize with our unique design bungalow

Is there any eatery outlet/food stalls inside the bungalow?

No. Please bring your own food/drink. There is no food or drink sold at the site. We will provide complimentary mineral water. However, you need to to purchase your own once it is finished

Is there a fully equipped kitchen?

We provide fridge, electric kettle, microwave, induction cooker, cutleries, plates and cups, dish washing liquid, gas hob, cooking wok, knives and cutting board

What are other items provided during our stay?

Linens, hot shower, towels, body wash, shampoo, toilet paper, hair dryers, hangers, iron and ironing board

Please note, we DO NOT provide room service cleaning and DO NOT make-up your bed daily if your stay is less than 5 nights

You may bring your own mosquito repellant. Mosquito coil is strictly prohibited

Can I recce the room / house before booking?

The bungalow is open for visit/recce subject to availability. Please Whatsapp us at +6011-6112-4649 to make an appointment for your visit

Can we have BBQ or steamboat?

Yes, you can have BBQ sessions at the patio. Please bring your own BBQ pit and charcoal, BBQ equipment, cutlery, plates and cups

For steamboat, please bring your own steamboat pot, extension wire for electrical pots, gas cartridge

Can we have more than the limit number of people staying in the bungalow?

Sorry, we are unable to allow that. Guests are checked in according to the capacity of our bungalow. Any extra guests exceed the capacity are not allowed to enter for check in
